One of our doctors went on misison on 07/12 to repatriate a French patient. The patient was brought to the ER after a cardiovascular arrest with prolonged resuscitation. He was intubated and ventilated and stayed during several weeks on the ICU. Due to a third degree AV block he received a temporary pacemaker. Some time after extubation he was declared fit to fly to receive a definitive PM in a hospital in Paris. Our doctor escorted him with the help of a defibrillator and monitor.
